We are a digital marketing agency of entrepreneurs, boutique agencies, creatives and independent contractors. Together we harness our resources, deep expertise, and shared focus on the customer. We partner together and help small to medium size business (SMB) clients articulate and achieve their business goals.

How it all started

Since Brands are problem solvers – What problems are we solving for your clients?
After overnight success launching a new agency and an unexpected economic crisis one year later I reluctantly closed my business. In the business world ___it happens. Yet, How can something so positive, that helped others grow end up with losing every single client within a year?
Well, it took a myriad of experience: thirteen years of hustling, and working more contract jobs than I can count, along with education receiving an MBA from the graduate school of business at Wagner College, and working as a VP of Marketing at a Fortune 50 company to learn the things I am going to share with you – marketing practices that would have saved my business back in 2010. These are the same things that are now making Digital Collective successful. And I believe they are more relevant than ever in our current business and economic climate.
We studied & rebuilt the business to help small businesses sustainably grow by tackling the top three problems that every small business owners and leader’s encounter constantly:

In 2018, after twelve years of working in the field of mental health and the healthcare industry, Carma made the decision to synthesize her professional expertise and academic acumen and apply it to the field of marketing by helping clients tell their stories in meaningful ways.
